From Somalia to England and beyond, take a look through the eyes of former Team GB Paralympian, entrepreneur, author and Accessibility consultant, Yahye Siyad to understand the transformational role of radical empathy in developing inclusive policies, services and products. Learn how Yahye uses his lived experience to inform a radical empathy-based approach that acts as a catalyst for innovation, as well as helping organisations to make their culture and work more practically accessible.

  • Empathy Lab Training Session: This hands-on session focuses on fostering empathy and building digital accessibility capabilities within your organization. Ideal for designers, developers, and cross-functional teams, this workshop covers:
