General Terms and Conditions:

The client “the consulting applicant or the trainee” consents that all the data provided to us when registering in one of the consultations, training courses or any of B-Equitable services are correct data and at his personal responsibility, without any responsibility to B-Equitable.

All training programs, exercises and content available on the website http://www.Bequitable.commay not be copied, modified, distributed, broadcast, displayed, reproduced, published, licensed, transmitted or broadcast all or part of its contents or the website in any form, paper or electronic, except after obtaining written permission from us, and in the event of fraud, scientific thefts or hacks of electronic systems, the  person/s is subject to legal accountability.

In the case of a complaint or suggestion, please contact us directly through the Contact Us page on the website, our email, or any of our social media accounts, the reply will be made within three working days.

Refund Policy
Training Courses: The trainee has the right to submit a request for a full refund of the amounts he paid to enroll in any of the training courses through  our e-mail in the Contact Us page and express his/her/their desire to refund the amount paid, (only) if he/she/they submits a request three working days before the start date of the training. The amount paid will be refunded to the same account sent within 14 working days, and the amount of bank transfer charges will be deducted.

Consulting: Theclient has the right to submit a request for a full refund of the amounts he/she/they paid for any of the consultations through our e-mail from the Contact Us page and express his/her/their desire to refund the amount paid (only) if he/she/they submit(s) a request 48 hours before the consultation date ( i.e. two working days). The amount paid is refunded to the same account from which it was sent within 14 working days, and the amount of bank transfer expenses is deducted.  

 Consultation Change of Appointment Policy: The client must inform us of their desire to change the appointment at least 24 hours before the consultation date via email.

Suspension Policy for the trainee
B-Equitable has the right to prevent the trainee from entering the training or not to refund the subscription fees if the trainee commits any of the following violations: Register, collect, upload, store, print or keep any information or contents available on the site or training courses in any way other than what is permitted by the trainee in this regard.

The trainee’s defamation of any behavior that offends B-Equitable or its owner, is considered contrary to our policy, and B-Equitable is entitled, in this case, to cancel the trainee’s subscription and not to refund his fees, and to take the necessary legal actions in order to preserve the rights of B-Equitable and its employees.

All content contained in B-Equitable website and not limited to text, graphic designs, logos, button icons, icons, audio clips, aggregated data and electronic programs, copyright is reserved to B-Equitable, and is protected by copyright, trademarks and intellectual and creative property rights and laws.

Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Public Information

 This Privacy Policy helps you understand how we collect, use, share, store and disclose information that we obtain from you of your own free will when you use our Services.

The privacy of our clients data is  very important to us, and we are committed to preserving their data against any kind of unauthorized access. We do not publish or share any personal information except in lawful requests.

This Agreement is legally binding between you and B-Equitable, and by using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. You should review this Privacy Policy together with the Terms of Use and any other policy we provide that governs your use of our Services.

You must not use our services if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy and other terms of use.

This site does not aim to collect your personal data while browsing the site, but only the data provided by you is used with your knowledge and of your own freewill to evaluate the experiences of the trainers as well as the trainee’s experiences to provide them with the best training possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data and password and determining who accesses your computer or our application, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that take place through your account or password, and if you are under the age of 18, you may only use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide the Service, terminate accounts, remove or  modify content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Your information will not be used for any commercial purposes, and we will not sell, rent, or disclose any of your information for the benefit of any third party outside of this site, or affiliated sites, and we only collect basic personal information voluntarily provided by you, which may include, name, qualification, email address, contact information, and any other demographic data or details.

B-equitable has the right to communicate through SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail with clients and trainees through the information registered with us that you have provided to us.
